Stealth Racing Squads
Swimmers will advance through the racing squads throughout the year as they make individual progress. Swimmers can enroll and drop throughout the year as needed for family schedules. Flex Plan: Clients who prefer to have the option of being able to make up missed practices may upgrade to the “Flex” Plan for an additional $10/month.
All programs have a Registration Fee of $99, and includes Team Suit, T-Shirt, and Swim Cap. Additional USA Swimming Registration Fee for swimmers who want to swim in USA Swimming meets. 10% Discount for Siblings and NO FUNDRAISING!
Stealth Prep: 45 minute practice
1 day $70/mo, 2 days $105/mo, 3 days $140/mo, 4 days $175/mo
Requirements: Intended for summer league swimmers who can swim25 free or 25 back who need technique improvements.
Free and Back Racing Squad: 45 minute practice
1 day $70/mo, 2 days $105/mo, 3 days $140/mo, 4 days $175/mo
Requirements: 25 yard freestyle and 25 yard backstroke with good technique and excellent free and back kick drills. USA Swimming diving certificate required for Woodbridge programs. Goal is to increase endurance and learn to race free and back.
Breaststroke Racing Squad: 45 minute practice
1 day $70/mo, 2 days $105/mo, 3 days $140/mo, 4 days $175/mo
Requirements: 50 yard freestyle and 50 yard backstroke with excellent technique; goal is to learn excellent breaststroke..
Butterfly Racing Squad: 45 minute practice
1 day $70/mo, 2 days $105/mo, 3 days $140/mo, 4 days $175/mo
Requirements: 100 yard free, 100 yard back, and legal 25 yard breaststroke with excellent technique; goal is to learn excellent butterfly..
IM Tough Squad: 45 minute practice
1 day $70/mo, 2 days $105/mo, 3 days $140/mo, 4 days $175/mo
Requirements: 200 yard freestyle, 200 yard backstroke, 50 breast, and 25 fly with excellent technique; goal is to learn 100 IM, starts, turns, and relay exchanges for all strokes.
Mach I Racing Squad: 1 hour 15 minute minute practice
1 day $90/mo, 2 days $115/mo, 3 days $149/mo, 4 days $185/mo
Requirements: Legal 100 IM 2:30 or faster (summer league times)
Mach II Racing Squad: 1 hour 15 minute minute practice
1 day $90/mo, 2 days $115/mo, 3 days $149/mo, 4 days $185/mo
Requirements: Legal 100 IM 1:59 or faster (summer league times)
Mach III Racing Squad: 1 hour 15 minute minute practice
1 day $90/mo, 2 days $115/mo, 3 days $149/mo, 4 days $185/mo
Requirements: Legal 100 IM 1:39 or faster (summer league times)
High School Prep:
Requirements: 9th-12th grade; Legal 100 IM
4 days/week $399 (Swim 9/10/12-11/2/12, off high school season, swim 2/25/13-4/26/13)
