Bronze Program:
Requirements: Polished freestyle and legal backstroke
Time Standards: 45 seconds or faster for 25 free & 25 back
Practices:
Woodbridge Sport & Health: Mon 5:00-5:45 pm, Wed 5:00-5:45 pm
Westminster at Lake Ridge: Sun 6:00-6:45 pm
SwimKids Gainesville: Sun 6:00-6:45 pm, Sun 6:45-7:30 pm, Tues 8:00-8:45 pm, Wed 8:00-8:45 pm
Prices:  1 day/week $399, 2 days/week $699, or 3 days/week $899
Bronze Flex: +$75 Come to any Bronze practice each week!

Silver Program:
Requirements: Legal in 3 strokes: Polished freestyle, legal backstroke, and either breast or fly, Time Standards: 30 seconds or faster for 25 free & 25 back
Practices:
Woodbridge Sport & Health: Tues 5:00-5:45 pm, Thurs 5:00-5:45 pm
Westminster at Lake Ridge: Sun 6:45-7:30 pm
SwimKids Gainesville: Sun 6:00-6:45 pm. Sun 6:45-7:30 pm Tues 8:00-8:45 pm, Wed 8:00-8:45 pm
Prices:  1 day/week $399, 2 days/week $699, or 3 days/week $899

Gold Program: 
Requirements & Time Standards: Legal 100 IM 2:30 or faster

SwimKids Gainesville: Sun 7:30-8:45 pm, Mon 7:30-8:45 pm *** Thurs 7:30-8:45 pm
Prices:  1 day/week $699, 2 days/week $899, 3 days/week $1099, or
4 days/week $1299

High School Prep:  
Requirements: 9th-12th grade
Practices: Woodbridge Sport & Health: Mon-Thurs 4:15-5:00 pm
Prices:  4 days/week $345 (Swim 9/13/10-11/4/10, break for HS season, Swim 2/28/11-4/30/11)

Summer League Prep: Summer League Prep and Summer League Prep Gold:
