Splish, splash, it all starts in the bath! This playful, parent-and-baby class focuses on early water comfort and safety skills in a cozy, low-pressure setting. Little ones get used to the feeling of water on their face and learn how to lift their heads if they end up face down. It’s the perfect warm-up for future swimming success!
Note: For safety and hygiene, children under the age of 3 are required to wear two washable, reusable swim pants.

Parent & Baby Swim Lessons at SwimKids
SwimKids parent and baby swim lessons are a gentle, supportive way to introduce infants to the water, starting as early as 2 months old. These classes are designed to help babies feel calm, secure, and curious in the pool while parents actively participate alongside them.
Led by experienced SwimKids instructors, each lesson uses simple songs, guided movements, and age-appropriate water skills to support early comfort and safety awareness. Parents learn how to properly hold, support, and move their child in the water, building confidence for both baby and caregiver.
